Enjoy our private and scenic campground on 21 wooded acres with a beautiful stocked fishing pond, minutes from downtown Cooperstown. All of our RV sites come complete with water & electric hook-ups (some with sewer connections, 50 AMP electric service, and pull thrus.) Our mobile sewer service is available for a small fee. There is a fire ring and picnic table at all RV and tent sites. |

Camping Cabins
Our camping cabins are very popular accommodations with many of our guests and bring an ambiance of comfort and convenience while visiting Cooperstown. Our beautiful log cabins are quite cozy with 3 full size beds (which will sleep a maximum of 6 people), a small dresser, table and chairs, mini refrigerator and microwave. Comforts include indoor electricity and lighting, mattresses, curtains,
AC/heat, front porch with a cedar swing and porch light, BBQ grill, fire ring, outdoor water spigot and a picnic table. The restroom facilities for the log cabins are located just within 3 sites from each cabin. Our
camping cabins do not come equipped with bedding/linens, cookware, utensils or dishes… make sure you pack these supplies for your camping vacation. |

Team Parties: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate team parties at our campground. However, we are only 2 miles from Glimmerglass State Park, which has great facilities for teams to gather. Please give them a call if you would like to host a party for your team at 607-547-8662. |

Check in time is 3:00 pm until 7:00 PM. Check out time for RV and tent sites is 12:00 noon. Check out time for all lodgings is 11:00 AM. Non-holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking the reservation. All holiday weekends, including Hall of Fame weekend, must be paid in FULL at time reservation is made, and is not refundable. |

If you reserve online for any site type or rental unit, full payment is due at time reservation is made. Please call the campground directly with any questions or for assistance booking your reservation. |

Rates include 4 people per site. ONLY 1 CAMPING UNIT PER SITE, PER NYS BOARD OF HEALTH, however, 2nd small tent may be put up on site at no additional fee if it is for camper’s children (17 years and younger), although additional guest fees may apply if camping party is more than 4 people. |
