Enjoy our private and scenic campground on 21 wooded acres with a beautiful stocked fishing pond, minutes from downtown Cooperstown. All of our RV sites come complete with water & electric hook-ups (some with sewer connections, 50 AMP electric service, and pull thrus.) Our mobile sewer service is available for a small fee. There is a fire ring and picnic table at all RV and tent sites. We have shaded & sunny sites available, many that will accommodate pop-up campers, tents, travel trailers, 5th wheels and large motorhomes, including tow vehicle. We also have waterfront sites, which gives you the ability to fish right from your own campsite and enjoy our fountain lit pond. Several areas of our campground are designed for groups, so we can accomodate yours, if reservations are made early. *Per NYS Board of Health rules, only 1 camping unit per site. Maximum 6 persons per site.*

Park Model Cabins Our park model cabins have equipped kitchens, bathrooms, television, AC and heat, ceiling fans, porches, BBQ grills, larger living areas, etc. They do not come equipped with bedding/linens, so please check your reservation confirmation for bed sizes specific to your cabin. Deluxe cabins and park model cabins require a 2 night minimum stay in June and August, and a 3 night minimum stay in July. Sorry, no smoking, BBQs, or candles are allowed in the cabins or on the cabin porches. There is a spacious area in front of each cabin for entertaining and barbecueing. Pets are only permitted in designated “pet friendly” lodgings.

Travel Trailer Rentals Avoid the expense and upkeep of your own RV. Hitch free camping is here! We have 5 on site travel trailers for rent in our campground. Our rental trailers vary in size, so that we can meet the needs of our campers. Our trailers sleep 2-6 people, depending on the unit you choose. Each trailer comes complete with a a kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, sink, small oven with stove and dinette area. We supply dishware, drinkware, silverware, cooking utensils and basic set of pots and pans. Each trailer has a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Each trailer has a living area with a sleeper sofa. Some of our units have televisions. Sleeping quarters vary per trailer. We have king and queen size beds, double beds, bunk beds, sleeper sofas, etc. Please call us with questions & let us help you find the best accomodate your individual requirements. Each trailer has an outdoor BBQ grill, fire ring, 2 Adirondack chairs and a picnic table for your outside enjoyment. You will need to bring your own pillows, linens, blankets or sleeping bags, towels and any other items you need for your camping experience. Specific bed sizes for each trailer are listed on your reservation confirmation. Sorry, no smoking, BBQ’s or candles are allowed in our trailers. *We have 3 pet friendly trailers ... dogs & cats permitted, for an additional pet fee. Pet must be approved at time of reservation. Please do not to leave your pets unattended at any time on campground. No refunds, credits or changes for cancellations due to early departures, illness, work schedules, no shows or inclement weather.

Camping Cabins Our camping cabins are very popular accommodations with many of our guests and bring an ambiance of comfort and convenience while visiting Cooperstown. Our beautiful log cabins are quite cozy with 3 full size beds (which will sleep a maximum of 6 people), a small dresser, table and chairs, mini refrigerator and microwave. Comforts include indoor electricity and lighting, mattresses, curtains, AC/heat, front porch with a cedar swing and porch light, BBQ grill, fire ring, outdoor water spigot and a picnic table. The restroom facilities for the log cabins are located just within 3 sites from each cabin. Our camping cabins do not come equipped with bedding/linens, cookware, utensils or dishes… make sure you pack these supplies for your camping vacation. There is a spacious area in front of each cabin for entertaining and barbecueing. Sorry, no smoking, BBQs, or candles are allowed in the cabins or on the cabin porches.

Additional Adult or Child per cabin or trailer site per night - $10.00 each
** 4 night minimum. Baseball Hall of Fame may change their Induction date. It is the responsibility of the guest to check if their reservation falls into Hall of Fame Induction Weekend and to confirm dates prior to booking and as the date of reservation approaches. Please note, Hall of Fame Induction Weekend reservations are non-refundable.
All rates are per night, unless otherwise indicated. Rates based upon 2 Adults & 2 Children (aged 5 to 17 years old - 2 years and under free). *We have pet friendly cabins. Restrictions and pet fee applies. NO pets are allowed in the cabins unless designated as “pet friendly”. Rabies vaccination certificate must be shown at check-in before EVERY visit. Pets may not be left unattended. All cabins have a 2 night minimum. There is a 3 night minimum during the month of July and all lodgings during holiday weekends for deluxe cabins, park models & rental trailers. No refunds, credits or changes for cancellations due to early departure, illness, work schedules, no shows or inclement weather.
Current tax rate of 14% is added to balance of all cabins & trailers (subject to change).

We can only accommodate guests of registered campers. Quiet time is at 10pm, 11pm on weekends, and we ask that day guests leave by this time. There is a maximum of 4 guests and 2 vehicles per site. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets and will be denied admittance to campground.
Team Parties: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate team parties at our campground. However, we are only 2 miles from Glimmerglass State Park, which has great facilities for teams to gather. Please give them a call if you would like to host a party for your team at 607-547-8662.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Fees
$10.00 per hour
Check in time is 3:00 pm until 7:00 PM. (As a courtesy to our campers, no check-in to campground after 10:00 PM, 9:00 PM for tent campers) Check out time for RV and tent sites is 12:00 noon. Check out time for all lodgings is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is no earlier than 12 noon and late check-out must be before 3:00 PM. These options only apply if the space is available. Any exception to these check-in/check-out times must be pre-approved by campground management. Early check in and/or late check out fees will apply. No refunds, credits or changes for cancellations due to early departure, illness, work schedules, no shows or inclement weather.

Deposit Requirements
Non-holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking the reservation. All holiday weekends, including Hall of Fame weekend, must be paid in FULL at time reservation is made, and is not refundable.
If you reserve online for any site type or rental unit, full payment is due at time reservation is made. Please call the campground directly with any questions or for assistance booking your reservation.
Rates include 4 people per site. ONLY 1 CAMPING UNIT PER SITE, PER NYS BOARD OF HEALTH, however, 2nd small tent may be put up on site at no additional fee if it is for camper’s children (17 years and younger), although additional guest fees may apply if camping party is more than 4 people.
