The following rules and helpful information have been set in place to ensure an enjoyable camping experience for you and your fellow campers. All campers are responsible for informing their children and/or guests of these policies. Violation of these rules could mean early departure without refund. |

Cancellation Policy: MAY, SEPT and OCTOBER reservations, NOT including HOLIDAY weekend reservations- if cancelled 15 days or more prior, full refund less $20 processing fee. Pet Policy: Your well behaved pets are welcomed on the RV & Tent sites only. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets. We are sorry we cannot allow pets in the Cabins, or Trailer. If a pet is brought inside the Cabins, or Trailer you will forfeit your entire Security Deposit. If you bring your pet to stay in your RV or Tent please adhere to the following strict guidelines: • A copy of a recent rabies vaccination and license must be presented at registration. • Pets must be kept in your camping unit during quiet times. • At no time, may a pet be left alone or unattended. Do not chain or tie them to trees or tables. If you are in need of kennel facilities please give Mossy Creek Kennel a call at 607-264-3933. • When walking your pet they must be kept on a non-retractable maximum 6 foot leash. • No pets are allowed in the showers, bathrooms, any buildings, the pond, or the swimming pool. • Pet Owners/Campers are completely liable for any injuries or property damage caused by their pets. • No attack breed dogs are allowed. Such as: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, & Doberman Pinschers. Linen Policy: There is no linen service provided for cabin or trailer rentals. Please bring your own Pool Policy: Our swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend from 10am to dusk. There is No Lifeguard on Duty and there must be 2 adults present, inside the pool fence, for anyone to swim. This does not necessarily have to be 2 adults in your camping party, just 2 adults 18 years or older. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, while in the pool fence. Complete rules and hours are posted at poolside and must be read before entering the pool fence. (New York State Law) Other Policies: • Must pay by cash or credit card upon arrival. Checks accepted only for advance reservations (45 days prior to arrival). • Maximum of 6 people in Cabins, and Tent sites. Trailer Rental max occupany varies per trailer size - please call to inquire. 7 people or more will be required to pay for 2 units. • Check in is at 3:00PM until 8:00PM. Check out is before 12:00PM. Any exception to these check in/out times must be pre-approved by campground management. Early or late check in fees and/or late check out fees will apply. Please see our Rates & Reservations section for fee schedule. • It is our policy that alcohol beverages not be consumed while walking around the campground. Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. We are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring as part of the inherent risks of any camping environmnent. |
