2013 RV & Tent Rates
Enjoy our private and scenic campground on 22 wooded acres with a beautiful stocked fishing pond, just minutes from downtown Cooperstown. All of our RV sites come complete with water & electric hook-ups (some with sewer connections), mobile sewer service available for a small fee, fire ring, picnic table, and spotlessly cleaned bathroom facilities. Sleep in a secluded, shaded spot and wake up listening to birds high in the trees and the quiet water as it cascades from the fountain into the pond. We have shaded & private tent sites available, sites that will accommodate pop-ups and travel trailers, and full hook-up sites for the largest motorhomes. Many of our sites are lakefront, which gives you the ability to fish right from your very own campsite! We can accommodate group camping if reservations are made early. We have several areas of our campground designed for groups. Cooperstown Shadow Brook Campground is ideal for your family reunions. Along with group camping, we have a beautiful recreation room that can be reserved for parties and gatherings. *Only one (1) tent per site please.*

2013 Trailer & Cabin Rates
Travel Trailer Rentals - Hitch Free Camping! Avoid the expense and upkeep of your own RV. Hitch free camping is here! We have several on site deluxe travel trailers for rent in our campground. Our trailers vary in size so that we can meet the accommodation needs of our campers. Our trailers sleep 3 to 8 persons, depending on the unit. Each trailer has a kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, sink, small oven with stove and dinette area. Each has a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Each trailer has a living area with sleeper sofa. Sleeping quarters vary per trailer. We have queen size beds, double beds, bunk beds, sleeper sofas, etc. Please call us for your travel trailer reservations so that we can best match your personal requirements. Each trailer has an attached awning, outdoor BBQ grill, fire ring, and picnic table for your outside enjoyment. You will need to bring your own linens or sleeping bags and any other items you need for your camping experience, including kitchen and cooking equipment and supplies. Sorry, no smoking, BBQ’s, or candles are allowed in our trailers. We do have 2 pet friendly trailers, restrictions and pet fee apply. Please call us for details. Reservations with pets for rental units must be approved by campground prior to guest arrival. Pets cannot be left unattended. Our cozy cabins have become very popular accommodations with many of our guests and bring an ambiance of comfort and convenience while visiting Cooperstown. Our beautiful Log Cabins are quite cozy with features like 3 full size beds (which will sleep a maximum of 6 people), table and chairs, mini refrigerator, and microwave. You'll also find comforts like indoor electricity and lighting, mattresses, curtains, fans, spacious front porch with a cedar swing and porch light, BBQ grill, fire ring, outdoor water spigot, and a picnic table. The restroom facilities for the log cabins are located just a few steps from the cabins (within 3 campsites). Our Log Cabins do not come equipped with bedding/linens, cookware, utensils or dishes … make sure you pack these supplies for your camping vacation to take full advantage of our beautiful scenic campground. Sorry, no smoking, cooking, BBQs, candles, or pets are allowed in the Log Cabins or on the cabin porch. There is a spacious area in front of the Log Cabins for entertaining and cooking. You can sit back and relax on your front porch in the swing and watch the sunset or evening show from the stars.

We can only accommodate guests of registered campers. Quiet time is at 10pm and we ask that day guests leave by this time. There is a maximum of 4 guests and 2 vehicles per site. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets. Team Parties: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate team parties at our campground. However, we are only 2 miles from Glimmerglass State Park, which has great facilities for teams to gather. Please give them a call if you would like to host a party for your team at 607-547-8662. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Fees

These options are only if the space is available. Early check-in is no earlier than 12 noon and Late check-out is before 5pm. Check in time is 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm. Any exception to these check in/check out times must be pre-approved by campground management. Early or late check in fees and/or late check out fees will apply. No refunds, credits or changes for cancellations due to early departure, illness, work schedules, no shows or inclement weather. No exceptions.

Other Fees

Deposit Requirements
Reservations made during off season - October 31st to April 30th or for the Subsequent Camping Season require a non-refundable deposit at time of booking the reservation.

Trailers & Cabins 1 night stay charge, less tax and security deposit which will be charged at check in time	$86 to $125
Reservations made during camping season - May 1st to Oct 30th, NOT including Holiday weekends, require $50 deposit for RV and tent sites. Cabin and trailer rentals - 50% deposit of total charge, less tax and security deposit which will be charged at check in time.
All Holiday weekends, including Hall of Fame weekend, must be paid in FULL at time of reservation made.
If you reserve online for any site type or rental, full payment is due at time of reservation made.
Rates include 2 adults and 2 children (17 years and younger) per Cabin, Trailer and 1 RV or 1 Tent.
Two RV’s or Tents on 1 site are discouraged, and will pay the full camping rate. However, 2nd small tent may be put up on site at no additional fee if it is for Camper’s children (17 years and younger), although additional guest fees may apply if camping party is more than 2 adults and 2 children.
